At a UK fintech startup, I took a retail and corporate digital banking platform from an empty backlog to its first production release. I authored 17 epics and built an AI-assisted workflow for Jira, Confluence, research and QA.

At Innovance Consultancy, I managed digital banking and other client accounts from inception to release, and line-managed a 15–20-person team. I also interviewed more than 100 candidates to build the delivery team.

At Open Business Software Solutions (OBSS), I led delivery for Garanti BBVA, Akbank, Halkbank and VakıfBank projects. For Halkbank Mobile, I coordinated four scrum teams totaling 48 people and managed cross-team backlogs and dependencies.

Earlier, I worked on QNB First at IBTECH and delivered VakıfBank Mobile features at OBSS. I’m PSM I certified and build AI agents to speed up analysis and QA work.
