I’m a delivery-oriented Product Manager with a strong data and analytics background. I turn fuzzy requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs that keep engineering, design, and analytics moving.

In my current role (Technical Product Manager — Data Products), I coordinate daily across dev, analysts, sales, CRM, and procurement teams, raising risks early and driving work from sprint to production. I also own post-release validation—watching conversion, revenue, and margin to confirm each release actually worked.

My work blends product delivery with measurable outcomes: I built a Customer Data Platform feeding enriched client profiles into the CRM (Bitrix) for ~200 sales managers, contributing to a confirmed ₽64M (~$700K) revenue increase. I also established monitoring and incident response, cutting data-pipeline incidents from 15/month to 1–2 (with some months at zero).

I’ve led ML-driven initiatives end-to-end, including an ML recommendation tool (what to buy, from whom, and when) through funding and a 3-branch pilot. With six years in BI and analytics, I bring deep SQL and metrics expertise, while using AI tools daily to speed up documentation, research, and task structuring.
