What I'm looking for

I’m seeking entry-to-mid-level roles in digital health, health IT, clinical systems support, or healthcare technology operations—where I can bridge clinical knowledge with digital systems, user support, and operational workflows.

I’m a digital health and biomedical engineering enthusiast with a strong foundation in physiology, pharmacology, and medical technology, supported by over 6 years of experience in ICT support, digital platforms, and healthcare-related operations. I bridge clinical knowledge with digital systems by providing health IT and clinical systems support, troubleshooting, and end-user training—so teams can run smoothly across real-world workflows.

In my recent roles, I’ve combined healthcare operations with technology: managing medical tourism plans and resolving billing discrepancies, supporting user needs, and assisting with portable ultrasound device and sleep apnea device support, servicing, and assembly.
