I’m a Project & Engineering Manager with 20+ years of global experience delivering large-scale oil & gas, LNG, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. I’ve led programs with a combined value exceeding $10 billion across EPC and engineering delivery.

I manage end-to-end project lifecycle execution—from basic engineering, conceptual design, FEED, EPC/EPCM, and commissioning—while building strong project plans, schedules, and budgets. I also support business development through feasibility assessment, risk identification, technical clarifications, tender document preparation, and technical bid evaluation.

I lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction to keep delivery aligned with international standards such as ASME, API, NACE, and Shell DEP. I enforce quality and safety through QA/QC and reviews including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS, HAZID/ENVID/OHID, and constructability checks, while managing vendor performance, change control, and financial tracking.
