Built 10+ features for the Order Portal, Self-Service portal and mobile apps, including rewards and promo codes, which made sign-up 3 minutes faster per step and increased Order Portal purchases by up to 1.5x. Successfully moved the system from the old platform to the new one through 3 migrations over 2 years, updating the front end each time, with little disruption to customers.

Built and rebuilt platforms for several clients at once across fintech, social media and trading, switching between different codebases and priorities as client needs changed. Shipped 3 products, including a trading platform for a new company in 3 months and a full product rebrand in under 1 month, which brought in more new customers for one client.

Built AI chatbots into a guest-service app for hotel clients, cutting food and drink calls by 70% and automating 92% of room service orders. Led the build of a helpdesk with live chat that hands guests from the bot to a person instantly, improving 24/7 response times, and mentored 2 junior engineers along the way.
