Maintained and enhanced enterprise integration services built on Apache Camel (ESB) and developed backend services for a vehicle tax and insurance renewal platform. Led implementation of WSO2 Identity Server as a centralized OAuth2 provider and contributed to migration of integration services from Java to Go.

Contributed to backend systems in the Care Resolution domain, supporting customer and captain dispute handling. Built and enhanced backend services powering Apollo, an internal dispute resolution platform, and integrated with Zendesk and Genesys.

Developed and delivered end-to-end features across warehouse and in-store systems, enabling seamless integration of retail operations. Troubleshot and resolved issues across frontend and backend systems, improving application stability.

Designed and implemented enhancements to selfie verification for KYC, improving identity validation accuracy from 80% to 85%. Integrated third-party identity validation services into the KYC pipeline and refactored legacy backend codebases.

Built backend data processing functions to transform and aggregate data from a data lake, enabling analysts to efficiently access metrics for business insights. Implemented data aggregation logic to support analytics workflows.

Researched and introduced Apache Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes into the engineering workflow, enabling scalable architectures. Designed and developed high-throughput backend systems for telecom and digital advertising use cases, including SMS broadcast and DPI-based monitoring.

Designed and built end-to-end production support systems covering scheduling, inventory, reporting, and asset management, replacing manual workflows. Implemented barcode generation and printing systems and integrated custom IoT devices for monitoring.
