In my freelance Delivery Rider roles with Foodpanda & Grab Philippines, I provided timely delivery services, communicated clearly about order status and updates, and handled customer concerns politely and efficiently. I also managed multiple deliveries, maintained order handling accuracy, and completed cashless transactions with confidence.

My training through PNTC Colleges Inc. (Maritime Degree academic requirements completed) strengthened my discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and compliance with procedures. I learned to follow processes carefully while staying accountable under real-world demands.
