I’m looking for a leadership role where I can design scalable employee experience strategies—partnering with executives, improving engagement and recognition, and aligning workplace operations to business goals across complex, multi-site environments.

I’m a Director of Employee Experience with extensive experience designing employee experiences that strengthen organizational culture, increase engagement, and improve business performance across complex, multi-site organizations.
