@fredaron
I lead software teams delivering semiconductor automation, machine-control, and predictive-maintenance products.
What I'm looking for
I'm managing 15 engineers at Brooks Automation supporting panel-handling products, sorter software, and the SmartFRU predictive maintenance system. I’m integrating AI tools into software development and evaluating tool AI systems for rapid, support-free diagnosis.
Previously at Eugenus, I created core software across two companies and managed 25 software engineers and SQA across San Jose, Korea, and India. Across KLA, Bruker, SVXR, ReVera, Ambios, and Oracle, I’ve delivered factory automation, semiconductor inspection, material-handling robots, machine-control software, and Java applications—while leading releases, setting development practices, reviewing code, and hiring engineers
