At Insulet, I lead shared engineering tools, test infrastructure, and R&D AI initiatives across teams. I built the organization from individual efforts into a 25-person team.

I led the first internal retrieval-augmented generation system, helping teams query internal documents through an AI service. I also set direction for coding assistants, test agents, and documentation helpers within governance and quality requirements.

I stood up a mobile device test lab and grew its device pool from 1 to 1,000 phones. Earlier, I built mobile frameworks at Qualcomm and test automation frameworks at LPL Financial; on my personal project ScrubTrax, I provisioned a cloud stack on AWS.

ScrubTrax

Provisioned the cloud stack with Terraform on AWS, including ECS Fargate for a Django REST API and Celery workers, RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache Redis, and an application load balancer. Built a FastAPI edge service on Balena to drive RFID hardware through a state machine, caching state in SQLite and syncing to the API with retries.
