I am a seasoned software engineer and manager with fourteen years of experience leading end-to-end product lifecycles, from inception through sustaining. I have built and maintained proprietary desktop, web, embedded firmware, and simulation software for oil & gas and subsea applications.

Throughout my career I have led cross-functional and remote teams, implemented Agile practices, established QA pipelines, and managed hiring and mentoring efforts. I have been the principal engineer or project lead on multiple products including MWD configuration tools, electromagnetic telemetry decoders, memory/parsers for downhole tools, and the VMAX ROV simulator and associated editors and players.

I thrive in fast-paced environments where technical rigor and strong project management produce high-impact business results, and I enjoy solving complex problems that bridge desktop, firmware, and web systems.
