I’m looking to continue in credit control and operations, working with multilingual stakeholders to reduce overdue debt, keep billing and ledger data accurate, and improve processes through clear workflow redesign and strong ERP-driven execution.

I’m a multilingual finance, credit control, customer service, and operations professional with over 30 years’ experience across international industries, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, logistics, and retail. I bring a strong background in credit management (11+ years), billing, procurement, order management, and customer relationship management, with a consistent focus on accuracy and measurable results.

Since 2017, I’ve worked as a Business Operations Associate at Allegis Global, handling credit control and billing for Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, and the UK. Before invoicing, I verify data, manage adjustments when factors change (including creating credits and re-issuing invoices), and keep a constant check on the ledger for overdue items and month-end status; I also produce end-of-month reporting against targets. I ensure contract alignment for each invoice, maintain audit trails, create and validate POs (time and rate), and resolve overdue debt by contacting customers in English, Dutch, and German.
