What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise product strategy and ownership—especially in healthcare or hospitality—translating complex business needs into scalable, compliant outcomes through strong discovery, roadmaps, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

I believe technology creates value only when it solves genuine business problems. With 15+ years across healthcare operations, business analysis, enterprise consulting, and lead product ownership, I start by understanding business operations, customer challenges, and organizational goals before defining product solutions.

In US Healthcare and Health Insurance, I’ve owned capabilities across practice management, EHR/EMR, claims lifecycle, eligibility and enrollment, revenue cycle, provider workflows, and laboratory integrations. I’ve worked with X12 EDI 834/835/837 and have FHIR working knowledge, supporting interoperability and compliant healthcare workflows.

More recently, I lead product strategy and delivery for Planet, an enterprise cloud-based PMS, owning vision, roadmaps, backlogs, and release priorities for reservations, front office, housekeeping, revenue and rates, inventory, payments, reporting, and integrations. I also led European Fiscalization Compliance in Planet PMS (France and Portugal) and support enterprise platforms like OnBase and JD Edwards through workflow automation and digital transformation.
