I’m a Product Owner / Product Manager with 15 years of experience in US healthcare technology, specializing in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). I lead end-to-end product lifecycles—turning clinical workflows like OPD/IPD and complex integrations into outcomes—using HL7 v2 and FHIR standards.

In my current Lead BA Product Management - Digital role, I define and execute roadmaps aligned to operational and clinical workflows, run discovery through user interviews and focus groups, and drive delivery via Agile Scrum/SAFe practices.
