I’m an IT Support Engineer and IT Engineer with a strong background in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I focus on keeping systems dependable through routine maintenance, timely updates, backups, and practical troubleshooting.

I’ve worked across IT support and training roles, including CCNA tutoring where I taught networking fundamentals, routing and switching, and network security. I also support end-users by installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, while maintaining accurate records of support requests and system changes.

My professional approach is hands-on, documentation-driven, and security-conscious—I monitor LAN/WAN operations, help ensure internet connectivity, and follow security protocols to support tools like firewalls and antivirus.
