I’m looking for an engineering-focused facilities role where my electrical engineering expertise strengthens safe, efficient operations, critical equipment reliability, and major project delivery—while supporting HSE compliance and cost-controlled site improvements.

I’m a Registered Electrical Engineer focused on ensuring critical facilities operate safely, reliably, and cost-effectively. I bring expertise across electrical equipment, HVAC-related systems, and facility operations to keep sites running at peak performance.

As a Facilities and Real Estate Associate Manager, I report to senior Admin and Facilities leaders for site updates, weekly reporting, and budget control. I supervise service providers and lead project management for major renovations and new construction—while coordinating compliance support for permits and workplace requirements.

Previously, I served as an Admin and Facilities Manager and Facilities Supervisor, where I monitored and maintained critical equipment such as UPS systems, electrical panels, FDAS, and security infrastructure. I also handled HSE responsibilities—conducting safety drills, submitting compliance documents, and creating audit reports for HSE, ISO, and SSAE.

My earlier engineering background includes designing electrical layouts, computing load schedules, and calculating fault currents for fuse installations. I combine that engineering foundation with vendor management and facilities budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) to deliver practical outcomes for complex site environments.
