At ISO Solar, I steered a PE-backed solar EPC through Sunnova’s bankruptcy and the loss of its largest client and financing partner. I launched SunFi as an in-house lender, secured a $15M warehouse facility with Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, and sold 250+ loans in under a year.

As CEO of ISO Solar, I own the P&L and board reporting. I built the commercial sales channel, adding about $4MM in annual revenue, and personally closed $3.5MM in commercial and residential accounts.

At Bregal Investments (Growth Factors), I served as an operating partner to CEOs across 12+ portfolio companies. I built pre-close operating upside cases and led post-close Alpha Plan execution through go-to-market, pricing, and supply-chain initiatives.

Earlier, I rebuilt TotalEnergies Territory #2 after Hurricane María into the chain’s largest territory by sales, and at The Home Warehouse, Inc. I founded a commercial sales division that grew to about 35% of company sales. I bring experience across renewable energy, private equity, fuel retail, and building materials in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and I’m a native English and Spanish speaker.
