At Resultance, I’m co-leading an Americas operating model pilot and an enterprise HR Target Operating Model for a global industrial client. I’m also leading the IT workstream, building a regional IT organization with defined structures, role mandates, RACIs, governance and decision rights.
I run the transformation PMO across concurrent programs, coordinating planning, dependencies, risks and decisions. My work also includes executive reporting and applying organization design methods, including workforce baseline validation and spans and layers analysis.
At Frugga, I conceptualized and launched a B2C digital platform connecting users with curated daily lunch offers. I defined its product vision and go-to-market strategy, coordinated the product roadmap with external tech providers, and built partnerships with restaurants and local stakeholders.
Earlier, at DXC Portugal, I managed system integration projects across finance and operations and led stabilization of a distributed delivery model. At Computer Sciences Corporation, I led global Accounts Payable process design and standardization, and earlier participated in SAP finance implementations, configuring and testing finance modules.
