I’m looking for a ServiceNow role where I can own end-to-end delivery—implementation, Change Requests, dashboards, integrations, and security improvements—while working independently in Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

I’m a “Software Consultant & Developer” and “ServiceNow Consultant with 3+ years of experience” delivering and enhancing enterprise solutions across industries including pharmaceutical, telecom, manufacturing, and infrastructure. At Deloitte, I progressed from Analyst to Consultant, gaining end-to-end experience in implementation, Change Requests delivery, and AMS support, with a proactive, delivery-focused approach.

I specialize in “ServiceNow development across SPM, CSM, ITSM, and Platform Security,” building custom applications, ServiceNow dashboards, and workflow automation, plus integrations and secure platform management.
