Worked on ServiceNow Platform Security (Scanner) and related GRC activities, investigating and remediating Invicti and PenTest findings. Supported hardening and compliance activities for NIS2/ITGC controls, managed instance upgrades, resolved security/IT incidents, and contributed to CI/CD pipeline and GRC/BCM implementations.
Implemented Change Requests across ServiceNow SPM modules to support project portfolio and infrastructure/road management processes. Enhanced project lifecycle workflows, configured KPI dashboards for tracking, supported script and platform configuration updates aligned with requirements, and validated changes prior to release.
Supported environment management and deployments for a domain-separated ServiceNow CSM instance, focusing on controlled releases across environments. Managed and validated Update Sets, supported promotion to higher instances, maintained domain separation integrity, and collaborated with development teams to align configuration and releases.
Handled post-GoLive/AMS activities for existing custom ServiceNow applications, implementing Change Requests driven by evolving business needs.
