I am a materials science and engineering researcher focused on optimizing plasma deposition processes for III-V (GaAs) semiconductor thin films to improve crystal quality, optoelectronic performance and longevity.
My background includes a Master in Materials Science and Engineering (École Polytechnique / Université PSL / Mines / ESPCI Paris / Chimie ParisTech) and a Bachelor in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnologies from Politecnico di Milano, with hands-on experience in ellipsometry, Raman, XRD, I-V measurement, sputtering and plasma deposition techniques.
I contribute practical lab skills and theoretical knowledge to projects, have completed internships and industry-focused study projects (including HACCP planning and marine biology trainee work), and I seek roles where I can apply thin-film deposition expertise and characterization to advance functional materials and device performance.
