I am a research engineer and PhD researcher focused on semiconductor device reliability, specializing in PMOS transistors in advanced SOI technologies. I have led BTI characterization, Dit extraction, TCAD Sentaurus process/device simulations, and developed Python/MATLAB data pipelines for I-V/C-V analysis and visualization.
My work includes gate oxide assessment, implant and annealing optimization, localized trap modeling, and nanoscale characterization techniques such as AFM/PFM and TOF-SIMS. I combine a strong nanoscience background with interests in photonics and optoelectronics to drive reliable device design and insightful experimental analysis.
