I'm looking for international project work where I can bring structure to complex requirements, improve processes, create budget and KPI transparency, and coordinate stakeholders across functions and countries.

I've delivered international client and healthcare programs, combining structured project delivery with budget transparency, KPI reporting, and practical process improvement.

At Chemservice GmbH, I managed EU-REACH and K-REACH consortia with individual budgets of up to approximately EUR 1.6 million. I restructured inherited cost calculations and data records, restored operational control during a transition, and coordinated registration, data-sharing, laboratories, and international stakeholders.

At M&L Communication Marketing GmbH, I managed patient surveys across EMEA and LATAM and employee satisfaction programs in Europe for a global healthcare client for more than ten years. I translated feedback from several thousand patients into quality-assured KPI analysis, management reporting, and decision support.
