At International Turnkey Systems (ITS), I support and monitor core banking system applications to maintain daily performance, availability, and reliability.

I investigate application issues through SQL and Sybase stored procedures, system logs, and application behavior, identifying root causes and delivering practical workarounds when needed.

I turn stakeholder requirements into MIS enhancements and build regulatory and client-specific reports for the Central Bank of Lebanon and internal teams using Sybase, SQL, and Crystal Reports.

I also provide client training and technical support, manage incidents through BMC Remedy, and collaborate with developers, IT teams, and vendors on updates, patches, and configuration improvements.
