I want a Customer Service or Client Support role where I can use my English/French communication, customer support experience, and technical knowledge to resolve issues fast, improve satisfaction, and help the business grow.

I’m a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service & Client Support Specialist with experience in online sales, customer engagement, and digital communication. I handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat purchases. I communicate clearly in English and French while managing multiple requests under pressure.

In addition to customer support, I bring a technical foundation from my IT & Network Security internship, including work with Nmap, basic penetration testing, and system monitoring.
