What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive strategy, corporate development, finance, and AI transformation work where I can turn executive decisions into measurable execution.

At ATOSS Software, I support the CEO and CRO as Interim Chief of Staff, owning the board and executive meeting cycle and running the executive PMO. I track action items, escalate risks, and turn CEO and CRO decisions into cross-functional execution.

I also drive AI transformation, strategy work, customer workshops, and corporate development alongside the CFO—from target screening and investment cases to valuations, due diligence, SPA work, and integration planning.

Previously at PwC Transaction Services, I delivered financial due diligence, valuation and modelling, and M&A advisory across QoE, net working capital, net debt, cash flow, DCFs, comparable-company analysis, and transaction processes.

My background also includes CFO-office planning at Allianz, equity and credit flow trading at UniCredit, debt capital markets at BayernLB, and co-founding a food start-up.
