I currently manage network infrastructure and technical support for Spanish Cooperation, keeping systems connected and users supported.
At IPRO S.L., I provided Level 1 support for SITA airport systems, maintained FIDS, thermal printers, desktops, routers, switches, and servers, and supported clients remotely and on site.
I've configured Windows Server 2019 R2 users and computers, installed a FortiGate Next Generation Firewall, and connected attendance devices with Odoo for clients in Malabo and Bata.
