Right now, I’m building KPI reports and executive dashboards at CONEXXIA INTERNET SERVICES, using operational datasets from network incidents, installations, and customer performance to spotlight gaps and trends for senior management.
Before that, I supported telecommunications consulting work at TACTIS by collecting and analyzing technical and economic datasets, then producing analytical reports and presenting data-driven findings to clients.
In my Mass Services Digitization work with GIZ, I collaborated with ministry focal teams to assess service scope and timelines, reviewed and documented service requirements, and helped validate them for integration on the Irembo platform using tools like use case diagrams and flow charts.
I’m also actively expanding into Power BI and Tableau to deliver more interactive business intelligence dashboards, while applying my Python and Microsoft Excel skills for quantitative analysis and forecasting.
