What I'm looking for
I’m a creative, detail-oriented Design Management professional with experience in brand coordination, digital marketing, customer relations, and content management across UK and international environments. I’m known for strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and turning analytical insights into customer-focused solutions.
As a Brand Coordinator / Director of Ideation at Idea Box (January 2025 – April 2026), I managed branding, social media, and client communications for multiple accounts at once, delivering seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders. I developed and delivered tailored client presentations and brand pitches, conducted detailed design and brand analysis to align business goals with client expectations, and successfully managed content and branding for 6 clients simultaneously.
Previously, as a Compliance Resolution Manager at OVO Energy (April 2022 – September 2024), I resolved high-level complaints to achieve excellent customer satisfaction results, improved first-contact resolution rates, and contributed to training initiatives using detailed trend analysis.
