What I'm looking for
I am a creatively driven customer-success and digital engagement professional with over three years' experience across social media management, customer support, and digital branding. I combine empathy for customers with design thinking to improve digital experiences and retention.
In client-facing roles I have managed social media customer service, resolved complex issues, and reported on customer sentiment to inform improvements. I bring strong written communication, process orientation, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
