What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to AI and data-annotation work where I can improve real-world user experiences through accurate language data, prompt testing, quality review, and responsible handling of sensitive information.

I've supported mobile virtual-assistant development at TransPerfect by creating, labeling, and evaluating language and behavioral data from mobile devices.

I annotated user intent, entities, and contextual cues, and created realistic prompts covering slang, accents, short commands, and other edge cases. I evaluated AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and natural tone while protecting sensitive data.

Previously, I provided technical problem-solving and support for large accounts at TELUS on Priority Operations - Stripe, handling complex financial transactions and account-management issues with precision and discretion.
