What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build inclusive, engaged communities and contribute cultural insight, player feedback, social listening, and content strategy to games or community-focused projects.

I've supported more than 100,000 players on inZOI's Discord at KRAFTON, with a focus on French- and German-speaking communities. I answered questions, escalated issues, and helped create a safe, inclusive space with volunteer moderators.

I planned and delivered online community events for French and German players, coordinating announcements, discussion topics, and feedback collection. I also created an engagement plan for French-speaking inZOI players on Discord.

Before release, I reviewed inZOI content through a Western cultural lens across EMEA, using QA and LQA to help prevent cultural mistakes and sensitive references. I analyzed player feedback and produced weekly reports on development updates, issues, and recommendations.

Alongside my work in games, I run glaza3consulting and previously managed foreign-language literature and Romance sections at FNAC. I'm a multilingual communicator with experience in social media, community management, events, content, and cultural analysis.
