I study International Business Communication (distance learning, graduating 2028) and bring hands-on customer experience from three very different settings.

At tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG, I make telephone-based first contact with prospective customers, identify their needs and set appointments for complex financial products. I also prepare and follow up client consultations with financial analyses.

At Street Gourmet (01/2026 to 10/2026), I advised customers and sold directly in a food-truck operation with 80 to 200 orders per shift, and shared responsibility for service and logistics at events.

At K2 Properties (Switzerland, remote, 06/2024 to 10/2025), I informed existing and prospective property buyers in German, English and partly Swiss German and prepared property options for customers, working remotely from Australia.

Alongside this, I built a content brand with over 750,000 organic views and use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini daily. I am looking for a part-time remote role (15 to 30 hrs/week) with a steep learning curve in customer success, business development, marketing or AI-enabled operations.
