Senior technical advisor driving safety/security critical software tech adoption through POCs, demos, and certification-focused proposals.
What I'm looking for
I’m a “Senior technical advisor” who drives the adoption of new safety/security critical software development technology by delivering Proof of Concepts, technical presentations/demonstrations, and technical proposals. At AdaCore, I defined roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and OKRs to lead a 4-person Customer Success Engineering team, achieving a 90% customer retention rate and aligning technical strategy with strategic customers representing 50%+ ($15M+) of United States revenue.
I blend technical sales engineering with hands-on engineering—maintaining automated, reusable Python3 and Docker-based demos for DAST, SAST, and build tools via GitLab CI to improve sales readiness and catch escaped product defects. I also write proposals for development and certification/qualification to DO-178C / ISO-26262 / EN50128 standards (setting a record $2.5M in annual non-recurring revenue), and I’ve mentored teams across bare-metal, embedded Linux, LynxOS, and VxWorks development. Previously, I built mission critical, multi-threaded embedded software and contributed to unit testing frameworks and requirements testability automation using VBA for a Radiation Monitoring System.
