What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, async-first role where I can improve customer and operational workflows, solve technical platform issues, support international clients, and build reliable processes where they are missing.

At ActiveView, I built a PIN-verification tracking process after a client lost $80k, cleared a backlog of 80+ accounts in three months, and kept it near zero for the next eight months. I troubleshoot publisher platform issues, configure Google Ad Manager and monetization settings, and lead onboarding for international accounts in English.

I've also managed end-to-end claims services across all 49 US states, grew monthly revenue through English outbound sales, and built operational and financial tracking systems where none existed. Across remote, international teams, I communicate clearly in English and Portuguese, improve customer workflows, and help teams resolve problems before they escalate.
