Filipe Bras

I’m an entry-level IT support candidate and a Computer Engineering student, currently in my first year at Universidade Aberta. My background combines technical curiosity with hands-on problem solving from day-to-day support work.

In retail and support roles, I handled customer support, sales, and “IT support,” while also managing stock/warehouse needs. I learned how to communicate clearly under pressure and keep systems and devices working reliably for people who needed fast help.

Before that, I worked as a Sales/Repairs Assistant at ControlP, performing “PC and printer repairs” alongside sales and customer support. That experience strengthened my troubleshooting mindset and made device repair feel like a natural extension of my engineering interests.

I’m especially motivated by technology, programming, device repairing, and cybersecurity. I’m comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), have basic knowledge in Python and C, and I’m currently learning Golang as a personal project.
