I am a B2B travel operations professional with over five years' experience using Amadeus and Galileo to manage ticketing, reissues, cancellations, PNRs and queue operations. I specialize in backoffice and operational support for travel agencies and B2B partners.
I have led operational teams and supervised workflows, schedules and performance in high-volume environments, and I have managed creation and coordination of tours, itineraries, billing and partner relationships. My background includes frontline airline check-in operations, giving me grounded operational perspective.
I have driven pre-launch operational setup projects, defining workflows and preparing for GDS integration while coordinating suppliers and partners. I work with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce and Excel to manage internal requests and operational tasks.
I am seeking a remote B2B operations or backoffice contract role based in Portugal where I can apply my GDS expertise, strengthen operational processes and contribute to efficient, customer-focused travel operations.
