What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile IT and software projects where I can improve delivery processes, manage risks and budgets, coach technical teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.

At Think Digitally, I lead and coach cross-functional technical teams delivering IT and software initiatives through Agile delivery. I manage daily stand-ups, retrospectives, project plans, stakeholder reporting, risk assessments, product roadmaps, and release plans.

I delivered a AUD $300K+ project while monitoring resources, schedules, KPIs, and budgets, and have overseen projects with budgets up to $500K. When an AI code-quality issue produced 10 bugs per story, I led a refactoring sprint that reduced defects by 80% and recovered the schedule from a 16-day lag to a 2-day lead.

My project experience includes API integrations with BGTEL, a helpdesk chatbot for GSMA's marketplace, an internal ERP system, and legal technology work for a leading Australian law firm. I run requirement-gathering workshops that turn client needs into clear backlogs and user stories for development teams.

Earlier, I supported business-critical applications at Think Digitally and led client-relations and medical-billing teams at MTBC Inc. I bring a Master's degree in Project Management, with a focus on risk management, monitoring, and control.
