At Forvia, I monitor and diagnose IT systems for 25+ automotive manufacturing plants, triaging alerts and escalating ITIL incidents to teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. I also own the backend of SMMap, a clinic web app created for Forvia Mexico doctors that serves about 2,000 employees.
At Forvia, I built and maintain the IT Monitoring team’s AI-agent development workflow, with a human approval gate. I also test application endpoints against the OWASP API Security Top 10 and document production issues I root-cause.
At Cyber Sentinel, I owned ingestion and cloud work on a four-person team, normalizing 100,000+ daily events into SAP HANA Cloud. I also automated recovery for stopped Cloud Foundry apps with GitHub Actions, with zero SLA breaches.
At INAOE, I engineered a research agent that cut manual document processing by 50%, exposed it through an API and two interfaces, and deployed it with Docker and GitHub Actions. I also led a four-person SCRUM team and gathered requirements directly from institute stakeholders.
