At Superbank, I’ve been a strategic analytics partner across Lending, Collections, and Fraud domains—driving growth initiatives like funnel analysis (including a joint project with OVO to boost loan applications) and user segmentation to improve survey targeting and high-quality user acquisition. I also lead real-time fraud response, where I minimized financial impact and cut handling time by 80% through swift data collection and actionable insights.

Previously at Traveloka, I analyzed users’ behavioral data to improve experiences across Homepage Feed & Merchandising, Universal Search, Traveloka Explore, Livestream, Saved Items & Reward Zone. I ran end-to-end experiments (including pre-analysis, monitoring, post-analysis, and causal inference when needed) and reported results to multinational stakeholders—helping increase monthly CTR on the homepage by 16% and attributing net revenue by 35% through homepage content recommendation.

Earlier, I built analytics capabilities at Tokopedia and supported seller growth through segmentation using K-Means Clustering and personalized seller onboarding. My internship experience at OVO and Pinhome strengthened my ETL/automation and reporting foundation using Airflow and dashboarding to support finance, compliance, and managerial decision-making.
