10+ years at Red Hat (RHCA-certified) building enterprise CI/CD systems and test automation frameworks at scale. I sit at a rare intersection: deep QA expertise (API/gRPC testing, test architecture, defect lifecycle management) combined with hands-on experience building both internal developer tools and generative AI systems—giving me an edge in testing AI products that most testers don't have.

• AI-powered QA tooling: LangGraph/AutoGen multi-agent RCA framework that cut CI failure investigation from days to hours; RAG knowledge assistant (ChromaDB + Llama-3) for 24/7 self-service QA docs via Slack

• Internal developer tools: JiraUtils, a Python CLI suite automating the full defect lifecycle—ticket creation, multi-job result aggregation, YAML-driven bulk updates, and report generation

• Zero-touch automation: event-driven test triggers → execution → automated Jira defect reporting, with no manual steps

• Full-stack platforms: built and shipped a Flask/MariaDB subscription management platform, containerized with Docker and deployed via Tekton on OpenShift

• Test program leadership: drove integration test coverage from 65% → 85% across a major platform stack (OpenShift, ACM, ACS, Quay, ODF); reduced mean defect resolution time from 7+ days to 2 days through standardized RCA and observability
