At British Council, I manage quality assurance for Exams IT products including IELTS platforms, SpeakUp, WriteUp, PrepUp, and AI-powered speaking and writing mock tests. I designed AI agent testing strategies and built an automation system with CI/CD pipelines.

At VERITAS, I built and managed the Appliance system test team and led testing and release delivery for NetBackup Appliance, Flex Appliance, and related products. I also developed Python and Robot Framework automation pipelines and established practices for classifying automation failures.
