Seeking a challenging role that leverages my skills in bioinformatics, sequencing, and programming to drive innovation and discovery in the field of molecular biology.

I am a molecular biologist with a strong background in bioinformatics, sequencing, and programming. My expertise includes nucleic acid extraction, gel-electrophoresis, PCR, RT-qPCR, CRISPR, and Western blot. I have experience in sequencing technologies such as Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Technologies, and I am proficient in programming languages like Bash Scripting, Python, R, and Perl.

I have a strong foundation in bioinformatics analysis, including NGS, metagenomics, DNA-seq, RNA-seq, epigenetics, GWAS, and proteomics. I am familiar with bioinformatics tools and pipelines such as BWA, Bowtie2, GATK, Nextflow, and QIIME2. Additionally, I have experience in machine learning, data science, and cloud computing using AWS.

I have a proven track record of developing sequence assays, conducting molecular assays, and performing bioinformatics data analysis. I am also skilled in scientific writing, budgeting, and stock management.
