At NICE, I act as a liaison between banking clients and teams implementing IFM solutions, translating critical data and functional requirements into successful launches.
I've built a data-validation tool using Python, Streamlit, and Pandas to strengthen business intelligence, and I lead training and User Acceptance Testing sessions. My work also spans QA automation, model testing, troubleshooting, and manual validation across the software development lifecycle.
