I’m a highly organized, customer-focused administrative and virtual support professional with hands-on experience in customer service, operational coordination, digital communication, record management, and transaction processing. I also support community and group administration through coordinated digital updates, event-related registration coordination, and onboarding assistance—always prioritizing reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
