At Full Potential Solutions Inc, I built complete features spanning database design, APIs, and user interfaces. I integrated OpenAI's chat completion API into roleplay conversations and added a view for tracking token costs.

I also built dashboards for agent performance and training metrics using data processed by a separate Python backend. I added PostHog for error monitoring and A/B testing.

At Bigbox, I grew from frontend work with React into backend work with Python, Django, and GraphQL. I built Event Reminder and Concierge, and integrated Stripe payments and Google Analytics sales tracking.
