I've built production AI voice agents at Dialpad, connecting enterprise CRM data through tool use and agentic skill sets. I own an event-driven Python backend that processes more than 500,000 daily call and messaging events.

I reworked Dialpad's core event handler, cutting execution time by over 80% and eliminating async race conditions in the post-call AI generation pipeline. I also build Python and Vue.js customer surfaces that let clients configure integrations and access real-time contextual data without engineering support.

Previously at Scale AI, I worked on Outlier, helping migrate more than 100,000 users onto a platform serving 10,000+ daily concurrent users. I also contributed to the initial launch of Forge AI and drove automated testing adoption across engineering teams.

Outside work, I build agentic systems and practical products, including Causality, an incident root-cause engine with a 35-scenario evaluation harness, and Ssimples, an inventory and invoicing platform used daily by businesses in Argentina.
