I am a fraud senior specialist and HRIS/HCM professional with extensive experience across financial controls, HR systems and training. I investigate suspected fraud, monitor payment systems, and report findings to senior audit leadership while advising on preventive measures.

Previously I managed HR and IT recruitment functions, implemented organizational structures, developed HR policies, and designed grading and evaluation systems that improved IT staff quality. I have hands-on experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors PMGM, payroll setup across multiple countries, and automating core HR processes.

I led large-scale training and rollout efforts—training over 500 employees on HR modules, automating performance and leave processes, and improving payroll and document processes substantially during operational disruptions. I also delivered Microsoft Office and ICDL instruction, achieving high certification rates for participants.

I combine technical familiarity (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, basic Python and SQL, Power BI, MS Office) with strong communication, strategic planning and leadership skills to reduce risk, streamline HR operations, and raise staff capability.
