At Tesco, I supported e-commerce transformation across online ordering, checkout, returns, AI-powered customer support, automated replenishment, and real-time stock visibility.

I'm experienced in requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, business process modelling, user stories, backlog refinement, UAT coordination, gap analysis, and regulatory alignment. Most recently at Lancaster University, I produced discovery documentation, requirements catalogues, data-field matrices, process maps, and acceptance criteria across student services, registration, compliance, and reporting initiatives.
