• Designed a full B2B freight platform from scratch — covering merchant-facing order flows, driver-facing interfaces, and internal admin tooling across 15+ screens. Spent time in daily operations as dispatcher and client coordinator before designing the system, which meant every decision was grounded in real workflow pain rather than assumption.

• Translated complex commercial logistics into structured digital flows: guided tailgate detection, itemised quote breakdowns, appointment scheduling, and proof-of-delivery storage — reducing reliance on manual processes and eliminating a recurring class of operational errors.

• Built and maintained a consistent UI system across the platform, working directly with an external development team to ensure design intent survived handoff.

• Managed all brand design, hiring, and onboarding as the company grew. When the original dev studio failed to deliver, independently pursued and recovered prepaid fees and restructured the development track.

Momoisland Inc · Sole UI/UX & Graphic Designer Aug 2021 – Dec 2021

• Took over a failed app project from an underperforming vendor — assessed 4–5 incomplete screens, identified critical gaps in usability and visual consistency, and rebuilt the entire product from scratch: workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI delivered in 6 weeks, resulting in a successful App Store launch.

• Built two websites (Shopify store and static brand site) and delivered graphic design across all customer touchpoints including social media, marketing materials, and packaging.
