What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can strengthen administrative operations, compliance, customer experience, reporting, and systems management while continuing to grow my data engineering and analytics capabilities.

At FirstBank Nigeria Limited, I coordinate administrative operations across three branches, supporting leadership with reporting, documentation, scheduling, workflow coordination, and management reviews.

I manage customer experience processes, maintain confidential operational and financial records, and support internal controls, compliance monitoring, and audit exercises. My work has contributed to improved customer experience and operational efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment.

Previously, I supported public health and NGO programs at the Akwa Ibom State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS, coordinating records, reporting, stakeholder communication, and outreach activities. I’m also building my analytical and systems capabilities through Data Engineering, MySQL, Python, and Data Analysis learning.
